Friends, Beaver drinkers, web heads,
Lend me your cyber ears.  The next beer in my series is none other than Elsinore Beer.  I’m certain that many of you are aware of this brew.  What you may not be aware of is that the Elsinore Brewery is the oldest independently owned Canadian brewery in the world.  They have been following the same classic recipe of quality and tradition since 1867.  This beer is an exquisite tasting lager.  It balances wheat and barley with just a hint of hops.  Of all the Blue Beaver alternatives, this one is probably the easiest to find in pubs and lounges across our entire provincial nation.  Seek it out, and I guarantee you will not be too disappointed if you have to settle for this instead of a Beaver.
