He did a cop turn and raced after it. It was really moving. He finally caught up and pulled along side it. It was a blonde girl, and she was knitting!
Shaking his head, the officer rolled his window down and yelled, "PULL OVER!"
"NO!" she yelled back at him, "IT’S A SCARF!"
