What Does This Shirt Mean?

May 12th, 2007 · 2 Comments

The other day at work I saw a guy wearing a very unique t-shirt.  Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of it, but perhaps I can describe it adequately enough for you to make your own mental picture.  It started with an "I" then a picture of a heart, then a picture of Alberta, then a picture of a cat.  Sort of like those "I love Alberta beef" bumper stickers except with a cat.  It made me wonder what he was trying to say.  Did he mean that he likes to eat Alberta cat instead of beef?  If so that’s just disgusting…cat tastes too much like ferret, you should stick with dog or horse.  I suppose he could have meant he loved Alberta cat as a pet.  Though I don’t know what’s so special about Alberta cat or any cat for that matter.  You can’t train a cat to do anything, in fact from what I have observed usually the cat trains it’s master.  So I just don’t know for sure what this guy meant by wearing a t-shirt that said "I love Alberta cat".  Personally I’d like a shirt that said  "I love Alberta Beaver", that way everyone who say it would know just how much I love Blue Beaver Beer.
