Composing A New Post

June 10th, 2007 · No Comments

I was mowing the lawn earlier (and drinking some Blue Beavers at the same time), and I got to thinking that I really needed to come up with a new post for today.  So I finished the mowing, then I went to a movie, then a bike ride, then I had a bite to eat and some more Blue Beavers.  Try as I might, though, I just couldn’t find a good excuse to not write something.

So, I started thinking about the usual topics that I like to cover; Adventures in Real Life: I’ve got a good one already lined up for tomorrow, Travel: I just couldn’t narrow down all of my journeys without more time, Current Events: I’m sure no one wants to hear anything more about exorbitantly high gas prices or global warming or pit-bulls being mauled by small children, Tales of the Horseguard Valley: again where do I start, especially when talking about Old Man Karhoffer, and of course there’s Ask Ernie: while I have received so many questions I could easily write the column two or even three times a…month, but it just feels like it’s more special if I write it every Friday.  So what does that leave me with?

Well, not much.  So, I just had a couple more Blue Beavers and then wrote about how I couldn’t think of anything to write about.  And you’ve just read it.  Your welcome.
