Have you ever seen somebody doing something that outraged you and said to yourself, "There ought to be a law…"  Just the other day I was at the movie theatre just minding my own business eating popcorn and licorice.  I happened to look across the aisle and I saw something truly disgusting.  There was a teenage girl (which you would think would make her old enough to know better) and she was peeling a bandage off of her knee.  To make things even worse she started poking and prodding the semi-healed injury.  I thought to myself, "There ought to be a law against that sort of thing."

 
When I got home, I did some research on the computer to see how to get a new law proposed and passed.  That was when I discovered something truly amazing.  In Canada it is already a law that: "Citizens may not publicly remove bandages."  If only I had known that sooner I would have called the police as soon as I saw this young girl performing her heinous act.  They could have rushed right over to the theatre and hauled her butt off to jail.  Although she most likely would have gotten off due to being a young offender and all; but at least it would have sent a message to anyone else out there who would dare to blatantly disregard the laws of this nation.  That message being that someone could be watching you all the time and they could very well tell on you, so you had better behave.
