You know, I just love the Winter. Well, except for the snow and the cold temperatures. Spring and Fall would be really nice if it wasn’t for the fact that it always seems to be either raining or snowing. Summer is great! At least it would be if it didn’t rain.
It seems like every time I want to enjoy the outdoors, by going for a drive, it’s raining If there was some way to control the weather I’d make it so that it only rained at night when everyone was sleeping, like say, between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. That way the lawns would still be green but it wouldn’t interfere with what I want to do.
In the winter we don’t really need snow in the cities at all. Of course you want it to snow in the mountains so that you can go to the ski lodge. Other than that, though, snow doesn’t serve any useful purpose; it’s not like it waters the lawns or anything like that. The snow should stay in the mountains and the Arctic where it belongs. The only time we do need snow in the city is at Christmas. It should start snowing around 6:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve and snow all night so we can have a white Christmas. Then it can all melt away on Boxing Day.
I guess the point I’m trying to make here is; I’m opposed to bad weather in all it’s forms. I just thank God that we’ve never had a tsunami in Alberta…yet.
