A lot of people figure that an axe is the way to go to split a little wood for your campfire. It’s true, axes have their place. It is also true that it costs more, takes longer, and is really dangerous to split wood with an explosion. So why do we do it? I’m not sure, really. It just seemed appropriate at the time!
I shouldn’t need to add that attempting something like this yourself could result in death, dismemberment or drastic suffering. Don’t try this at home, kids! But if you do, make sure you use the same ingredients we did. That’s right, Mentos and Jolt Cola.
