This past Monday afternoon in West Haven, Utah; eight cows escaped from a trailer when the rear gate accidentally opened.  The driver had just pulled into a McDonald’s parking lot when the cattle pulled their daring escape and stampeded.  It took almost two hours to round them all up and return them to the trailer.  Lt. Kevin Burns, of the Weber County Sheriff’s Department theorized, "They didn’t like their future."

Since the "Golden Arches" are one of the most recognized symbols world-wide, the cows must have known exactly where they were at the time.  They decided that it was time to take a stand.  These cattle felt that if they "put a face" on all of the burgers being eaten people would wake up.  Who could possibly enjoy a double cheese burger when they are looking into the big sad eyes of  a cute and cuddly Black Angus.

One patron got the surprise of his life as he walked out of the building and jokingly said to his friend, "Where’s the beef?"

Those poor, deluded cows. Little did they know that McDonald’s doesn’t use meat in the burgers.
