I’d love to quit all four of my jobs (yes, I have four jobs) and go online. I am working on a great idea but it needs a bit of time and a lot more money than I have. I’ll have to work on it a little more before I can quit working, but maybe I will take that extra step and relocate to a paradise when I’m ready!

This is a great post. Always fun to daydream about blogging in paradise for a living. Where would you all go if you could? I really loved Cozomel when I last visited so I think I would pick a spot right by the beach there and get on my segway every day to go from my flat to the beach and back.

Funny, we all require an internet connection in order for a place to qualify as paradise. That’s ironic, since most places of business where we all slave away every day have internet connections better than my house. Even my mobile construction office (my truck is also the office) has better internet. More expensive by far, but three times as fast and very reliable. Too bad the company I work for only supplies it for work.

I think I can top all the problems that people have with working from home.

I live on a universtiy campus in China right now. Come Chinese New Year time, pretty much everyone goes home for several weeks. The ISP, knowing this, turn their servers off and go home too, leaving anyone stuck here with NO INTERNET for two or three weeks! Arghh!

I have a great internet connection. My problem is that I tend to spend too much time reading when I’m sitting here in front of my silly laptop.
