So You Say You Want A (Sandwich) Revolution

It seems that everyone wants to be famous.  Of course the absolutely best way to do that is to have your own sandwich on our menu here at the Redneck.  It started with The G&T Grinder; and now we have two more additions.

First, the Canuckle-Sandwich; in honour of The Canucklehead, Lincoln.  It’s a triple decker sandwich with double-smoked ham, pancetta, Canadian bacon, peameal coated back-bacon, side bacon, dry cured ham, prosciutto, black forest ham, cheddar, mozza, provolone, Oka (a genuine Canadian cheese) and Gouda.  It’s all heaped in between three slices of multi-grain bread with mustard and mayonnaise.  Just try and get your mouth around that, we dare you.

Next if your looking for a somewhat lighter fare that is still utterly delicious try The J.D.  A lightly seasoned, grilled, 5 oz chicken breast, romaine lettuce, beef steak tomato slices, and hot banana peppers with a garlic/chili mayo served on a toasted sesame kaiser bun.  J.D. herself will order it so that you don’t have to.

Anyone else who wants their own sandwich just let me know what kind of ingredients are you favourite, then I will do as Emeril suggests and, “kick it up a notch” to make it truly gourmet.
