In this great state of Illinois you can get cremated but you HAVE to get your ashes interred and buried in a proper cemetary....no scattering your ashes on the family farm. (the death merchants have to keep up their champagne lifestyle too) Seems you've got to be screwed one last time before you leave the earth in the Land Of Lincoln. You wanna hear something criminal? I would immediately think of the people I leave behind and what they would go through. I would suggest getting some term life insurance. It's easy and it would put your mind at ease knowing your family would have some financial stability in your absence to fall back on. Probably that it won't be very important what will happen with my body after my soul is gone. But there is something that I am sure I have to tell something about - that after I am 'gone' I would like to have a cell phone in my cofin in case someone made a mistake in 'diagnose' of my state - can't be burried alive, that's sure! My friend got me thinking about a old irish funeral where they sit you in the corner with a beer and throw a party. Then again he is irish and scottish and runs around with a bag pipe and a kilt.
