I have made a new addition to the menu here at the Redneck. To honour the Monday Night Bar-room Brawl Tag Team Champions, Tammy and Gerri, I have named a sandwich after them; The G&T Grinder. Piled high on a fresh baked sourdough mini-loaf: thin sliced prosciutto ham, shredded Mexican cheese and crisp baby arugula.
